We take credit card info, even if you want to pay with cash, because we need to ensure that you are a real person and do intend to come to our facility. You can cancel (or reschedule) for any reason, at any time before your reservation free of charge. If you decide to not show up for your reservation and do not call to cancel prior 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge your credit card $100.
